What We Need Corpay is currently looking to hire a Wire Investigations Associate within our Corpay Cross-Border division. This position falls under our Cross-Border line of business and is located in Toronto. In this role, you will be part of a dynamic, fast-paced Operations team focused on global payment movements and FX transactional activity. You will be responsible for ensuring that funds reach our global clients in a timely and effective manner, while maintaining the highest degree of data accuracy, confidentiality, and successful internal relationships. You will report directly to the Manager of Wire Investigations and regularly collaborate with sales, banking partners, accounting, and wire operations teams.  How We Work As a Wire Investigations Associate, Corpay will set you up for success by providing: Assigned workspace in our Toronto office Company-issued equipment Formal, hands-on training   Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Working with the internal sales team and banking partners to deliver excellent customer service for investigations such as traces, recalls, and amendments Processing investigation requests on time Collaborating with the accounting team to reconcile outstanding items Coordinating with the Wire team to process wires daily Cross-training across departments, including reconciliations and other operational areas Performing ad hoc duties as required   Qualifications & Skills High School Diploma or GED Team player with a strong customer service focus Detail-oriented with demonstrated levels of accuracy Good organizational, written, and verbal communication skills IT literate with the ability to quickly learn new systems Experience in the financial/banking industry (asset) Familiarity with SWIFT and composing MT199/MT299 messages (asset) Ability to follow policies and procedures and understand operational risks 2–4 years of demonstrated experience in a back-office function with exposure to wire investigations Post-secondary degree or diploma preferred   Benefits & Perks Medical, Dental & Vision benefits available the 1st month after hireAutomatic enrollment into our 401 (k) plan (subject to eligibility requirements) Virtual fitness classes are offered company-wide Robust PTO offerings including major holidays, vacation, sick, personal, & volunteer time Employee discounts with major providers (i.e., wireless, gym, car rental, etc.) Philanthropic support with both local and national organizations Fun culture with company-wide contests and prizes   Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer Corpay is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
