What We Need
Corpay is currently looking to hire a Sales Training Facilitator to support our Revenue Organization. In this role, you will delivers high-impact onboarding and continuous learning experiences that accelerate seller readiness and long-term performance across US Revenue. This includes supporting new hire ramp and ongoing development for mid-market, enterprise, eCommerce sales teams, while also supporting onboarding and training across multiple lines of business as needed. The ideal candidate is an engaging communicator, skilled instructor, and effective partner to sales leaders—able to create an energizing learning environment, diagnose skill gaps during training, and adapt facilitation in real time. Familiarity with complex sales environments and multiple selling motions is strongly preferred; experience with leadership and management programs and certifications is a plus.

Role Responsibilities
The responsibilities of the role will include:
Delivering live (virtual and in-person) onboarding sessions covering sales skills, systems, products, and processes content as needed, including travel to support New Hire Onboarding and training initiatives
Guiding new hires through structured 30/60/90-day learning journeys and reinforce performance milestones.
Facilitating role-plays, call practice, objection handling, and discovery exercises tailored to both general sales and line of business specific sales scenarios within Corpay’s sales methodology.
Providing timely coaching and feedback; escalate skill or readiness concerns as needed.
Facilitating continuous learning sessions for tenured reps across all sales segments, including line of business specific refreshers or product/process updates.
Supporting rollouts of new sales tools, methodologies, and GTM initiatives.
Reinforcing adoption of core sales behaviors and operational discipline.
Reinforcing defined sales frameworks and core selling behaviors, facilitating within the Corpay’s sales methodology.
Supporting delivery of leadership development and certification programs to reinforce manager effectiveness and coaching capability.
Partnering with Enablement Strategy & Execution to identify coaching opportunities based on performance data, field feedback, and observed skill gaps
Delivering targeted in-field and virtual coaching to reinforce training concepts, core sales behaviors, and execution standards
Observing sales activities (e.g., calls, meetings, pipeline reviews) and provide structured, actionable feedback to sellers
Supporting frontline managers in reinforcing coaching priorities and driving behavior change within their teams
Capturing and sharing insights from the field to inform ongoing training, content development, and enablement strategy
Partnering with Instructional Design, Enablement Strategy + Execution, Sales Leaders, and SMEs to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Surface insights on learner progress, skill gaps, and training effectiveness.
Participating in content reviews and support material updates or enhancements.
Creating an engaging, inclusive learning experience that encourages participation and practice.
Ensuring delivery meets defined learning objectives and adheres to adult learning best practices.
Working with enablement partners to track attendance, engagement, and completion metrics; contribute to program evaluation and continuous improvement.
Monitoring new-hire performance indicators and coordinate follow-ups with leaders.
Driving measurable improvements in seller readiness, ramp time, and adoption of core sales behaviors through effective facilitation and coaching.
Preparing training materials, systems, and logistics in advance of onboarding sessions.
Supporting communication, scheduling, and cohort coordination for new-hire programs.
Maintaining training assets and learner records in partnership with the Enablement partners.
Qualifications
4+ years of experience in training facilitation, sales enablement, coaching, or related field
Bachelor's degree in education, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
Training or facilitation certifications (ATD, etc.) are a plus
Strong presentation, communication, and group facilitation skills
Ability to run effective role-plays, discovery practice, and skills-based exercises
Strong organization and time-management skills
Experience in fast-paced or high-volume sales environments
Comfort with virtual facilitation tools (Zoom, Teams)
Experience supporting inside sales, field sales, call center, or eCommerce sales teams
Experience supporting training across multiple lines of business or varied selling motions
Knowledge of sales processes, CRM tools, and activity expectations
Understanding of adult learning theory and modern learning methodologies
Experience collaborating with instructional designers or enablement teams
Learning platforms (Allego, MindTickle, Showpad, or other LMS tools) - preferred
CRM or sales tools (Salesforce, Outreach, or similar)
PowerPoint and virtual collaboration tools
Ability to travel up to 10–25% domestically
