Responsibilities:
1. Strategic development of key accounts in the Spare Parts Distribution sector
2. Responsible for building effective relationships with key decision-makers at client sites.
3. Understanding the requirements of customers in different segments and translating them into sales plans coherent with our service portfolio and market approach.
4. Managing and retaining the assigned client portfolio, ensuring the maintenance of invoicing/revenue, and executing concrete commercial actions oriented towards growth.
5. Developing concrete action plans aimed at achieving the assigned annual objectives.
6. Planning and launching marketing initiatives in collaboration with the marketing department.
7. Management of day-to-day sales and operations, from sell-in to sell-out, and support to the back office team (training, product, etc.).
8. Continuous analysis of sales to identify opportunities and drive decision-making.
9. Providing a strategic vision for our products, so that our offering is directed at customer segments with the greatest opportunities.

Knowledge/Skills
- 5 years of commercial experience in consultative sales of digital solutions.
- Experience in the sale of ERP solutions (invoicing/billing, administration, purchasing, logistics, etc.) will be highly valued.
- Experience in the aftermarket sector and/or in the distribution of spare parts or similar will be positively valued.
- Negotiation ability and strategic thinking.
- Organizational capacity, autonomy, and thoroughness in monitoring sales management in the assigned area.
- High capacity for work, persuasive skills, and personal relationship skills, oriented towards achieving objectives.
- Knowledge of sector application will be highly valued.
Salary & Benefits
- Experience in the sale of ERP solutions (invoicing/billing, administration, purchasing, logistics, etc.) will be highly valued.
- Experience in the aftermarket sector and/or in the distribution of spare parts or similar will be positively valued.

Salary & Benefits
- €2,850 + €700 for 100% of targets
- Meal allowance: €7.8/day – Coverflex card
- Transport bonus €20 per month – Coverflex card
