As a Territory Sales Representative you will be responsible for marketing and sales of our wide spectrum of summer crops, building relationships with key players in the grain industry as well as our dynamic South African farmers and work in close partnership with leading companies in the industry You Will Be Part of our Growing Team We have a dynamic team who focus on the best technology and strategies and how to implement it into our farming practices. The opportunities for growth are ample and if you are driven and have the urge to grow, the future is bright Your Challenge: * Drive sales and market growth through the promotion and sale of high‑performing agricultural seed solutions. * Plan and implement field trials and demonstration plantings to evaluate product performance, support product advancement, and strengthen product positioning across regions. * Build and maintain strong client relationships by servicing existing customers while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities. * Manage customer accounts on a daily basis, including debtors and creditors, ensuring accurate records, timely payments, and healthy cash flow. * Develop and execute strategic territory plans to maximize coverage, optimize market potential, and achieve sales targets within the assigned area. * Conduct demand forecasting by analysing market trends, seasonal requirements, and client needs to ensure effective product availability and planning. Key Stakeholders and Interactions: You will mostly be working with our clients daily but will also work closely with partners in Agriculture like financial institutions, co-operations and from time-to-time our government officials. Location: Nort West Province - Lichtenburg or Schweizer.
