As Senior Product Manager for Coupa’s Intake & Orchestration team, you will own the strategy and execution of Coupa’s next-generation business process automation with a special focus on the customer experience. You will sit at the intersection of enterprise business processes, AI-native automation, and user experience, particularly when it comes to the conversational experience. Your role is critical in defining how Coupa orchestrates complex intake requests, manages cross-departmental workflows, and connects disparate tech stacks. You’ll build from both existing capabilities and innovative AI-driven concepts. You must possess a blend of business and technical savvy, a growth mindset, and the drive to make your vision a reality. You must enjoy spending time with customers to understand their operational bottlenecks and find innovative, automated solutions for the broader market.
Develop deep expertise in Coupa’s orchestration capabilities, including intake management, workflow automation, and integrations across various spend management domains.
Own the vision, roadmap planning, and execution for the Intake & Orchestration platform, translating high-level business goals into actionable design documents and long-term product strategy.
Manage the product roadmap and write feature designs, collaborating closely with UX, engineering, and AI research teams to deliver intuitive, "front door" experiences for business users.
Design and deliver capabilities that allow business users to submit plain-language requests that are automatically routed, orchestrated, and fulfilled across the enterprise.
Collaborate with other product teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment, advocating for standardized orchestration patterns that empower stakeholders.
A minimum of 5 years of PM experience in a SaaS/Cloud product company, specifically with expertise in B2B workflow automation, integration platforms (iPaaS), or enterprise intake/request management.
A hands-on learner with a history of mastering complex, data-heavy systems and translating them into user-friendly experiences.
A strong understanding of modern automation principles (e.g., no-code, AI-native processes, API orchestration) and a commitment to high usability.
Bias toward action, a collaborative spirit, and a data-driven approach to making product decisions.
Ability to manage technical debt while pushing for innovation, ensuring robust engineering and testing standards.
