Principal, Business Analysis (Logistics Operation Center)

As part of the Logistics Operations Center (LOC), our mission is to optimize PDD (Promise Delivery Date) performance and elevate consumer satisfaction through data-driven insights and operational excellence. This role will focus on monitoring and improving key metrics across first-mile, middle-mile, and last-mile operations, partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities and implement impactful solutions. 

• →Experience: Minimum 5 years in analytical roles within operations, process optimization, internal audit, or policy analysis (e.g., Process Analyst, Operations Analyst, Audit Analyst, Systems Analyst, Policy Analyst, Financial Analyst).
• →Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI required). Familiarity with big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Presto, Airflow) and scripting languages (Python preferred).
• →Analytical Expertise: Strong critical thinking, ability to handle unstructured problems, and attention to detail in validating and interpreting data.
• →Ownership & Agility: Self-starter with a strong sense of responsibility, capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• →Communication: Excellent ability to present complex analyses clearly and concisely to stakeholders.

• Language: Strong English proficiency (verbal and written).
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Industrial Engineering, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Python, R, SAS, or other statistical tools.
• Collaboration: Ability to work effectively across teams and communicate insights that influence strategic decisions.
