Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs is entering an exciting new chapter.

Due to significant growth within our community, the College is proud to announce it's expansion into Years 11 (in 2027) and 12 (in 2028), offering the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), VCE VM and VET.

Catholic Regional College Caroline Springs currently provides education to over 1100 students in Melbourne’s West, with predicted enrolments of 1600 students by 2028.

The Service Learning Coordinator supports the Deputy Principal Catholic Identity and Mission and the Faith and Mission Leader in leading the College’s service learning programs in alignment with the College Mission Statement and relevant policies and procedures. Through the coordination and development of initiatives, the role promotes opportunities for students, staff and families to live out the Gospel through meaningful service, fostering the formation of conscience, the practice of virtue, and a commitment to the common good.

Working collaboratively as a member of the Catholic Identity and Mission Team, the role provides leadership in embedding service learning within the life of the College, ensuring a clear connection between faith and action in alignment with MACS leadership priorities. This includes fostering the formation of students, staff and families as active participants in a faith-filled community committed to justice, solidarity and the common good. They will contribute to the development of service and immersion opportunities that deepen understanding of human dignity and global responsibility.

As a member of the College staff, the Service Learning Coordinator will promote and uphold the Catholic values of the College and present a positive and appropriate public profile. The Service Learning Coordinator will actively participate in the implementation of the College vision and mission statement and be guided by the College motto of ‘Live Fully Act Justly’.
