The Marketing & Intake Coordinator role at Barket Epstein is crucial for enhancing our firm's visibility and client relations. This position marries the creative intrigue of marketing with the empathetic touch needed for effective client intake. By driving engagement through social media and facilitating seamless client interactions, you will be instrumental in supporting our mission to deliver unparalleled legal services. Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Social Media Management: Manage the firm’s social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and X, including posting, scheduling, monitoring engagement, and supporting paid social campaigns.
- →Content Creation: Develop engaging and relevant content to enhance the firm's online presence and reach.
- →Intake Support: Answer and triage inbound inquiries efficiently, gather key facts, track lead sources, and quickly route qualified callers to the appropriate attorney.
- →Client Interaction: Conduct empathetic interactions to understand client needs and route them to appropriate attorneys.
- →Online Campaign Execution: Implement and monitor paid advertising campaigns under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
- →Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of client interactions and intake notes using Clio.
- →Reporting: Provide regular updates on marketing performance and client outreach success.
- Social Media & Paid Media Experience: 2–3 years of experience managing social media platforms, creating content, and supporting paid social advertising or boosted campaigns.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
- Reliability & Punctuality: Consistent attendance, punctuality, and dependability are essential, as this role supports live intake calls and daily onsite marketing execution.
- Empathy and Professionalism: Ability to handle stressful client situations with care and understanding.
- Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal terms and processes is preferred but not essential.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time onsite in Garden City, New York, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:30 PM, with a 30-minute lunch.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with Clio and Microsoft Office 365 for data management and communication.
