Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Document Management: Request and secure police reports and medical records for case preparations.
- →Communication Coordination: Prepare and send standardized correspondence and claims letters.
- →Task Execution: Complete routine pre-litigation tasks using Litify task workflows, ensuring timely progression of each file.
- →Proofreading and Verification: Review AI-generated documents to ensure accuracy before distribution.
- →Client Interaction: Handle prospective client calls, converting inquiries into signed agreements when necessary.
- →Team Coordination: Regularly communicate with in-house paralegals and participate in task-focused pod meetings.
- →Technology Integration: Utilize AI tools like EVE to enhance document processes and reduce manual involvement.
- Precision and Process Execution: Proven ability to follow structured, repetitive tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Autonomous and Proactive Work Style: Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, self-motivated to overcome challenges.
- Clear Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with both clients and team members.
- Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Litify or willingness to learn, including competency in Adobe and email communication tools.
- Bilingual Advantage: Spanish fluency is strongly preferred to serve a diverse client base and enhance intake coverage.
- Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in phone sales or legal intake, with proficiency in closing deals via digital tools.
- Growth Opportunities: Experience the chance to be part of a rapidly scaling department, contributing to meaningful legal practices.
