About the Role
~1 min readAs a key member of Crusoe's fixed asset accounting team, you'll be the go-to partner for getting CAPEX right: reviewing purchase requisitions for proper capital versus expense treatment, working through complex capitalization entries and reconciliations, and collaborating closely with Project Managers, Cost Control, Tax, Finance, Procurement, and Operations to determine when in-service assets should be capitalized. You'll own monthly and year-to-date PP&E roll-forwards across Crusoe's consolidated and unconsolidated legal entities, contribute to broader monthly reporting and fluctuation analysis, and support audit and due diligence requests as they come up.
Beyond the day-to-day accounting, you'll play a role in team development- helping set goals, supporting professional growth, and driving process improvements that make the broader team and business partners more effective. This role suits someone who leads with curiosity, spots inefficiencies before they become problems, and thrives on bringing structure and clarity to a fast-moving, rapidly scaling environment
