CloudKitchens helps restaurateurs around the world succeed in online food delivery - our goal is to make food more affordable, higher quality and convenient for everyone.
We take underutilized properties and transform them into smart kitchens so they can better serve restaurateurs, customers and the neighborhoods they’re in. Every time we launch a new facility we create jobs in that neighborhood, and we’re proud to provide a wide range of cuisines and options for healthy food at an affordable price.
We're changing the game for restaurateurs, whether they’re entrepreneurs opening their first restaurant all the way through to your favorite global quick-service restaurant chains.

- LMS Strategy & Optimization: Help maintain the Learning Management System (LMS) and intranet, ensuring all content is organized, accurate, and easily accessible for a scaling workforce.
- Performance Metrics: Publish and analyze usage metrics to measure the effectiveness of training tools. You don’t just deliver content; you ensure it actually improves business outcomes.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders to finalize educational strategies and ensure training aligns with real-time business needs.
- Project Management: Independently manage multiple curriculum initiatives on a monthly and quarterly basis, meeting aggressive deadlines with high-quality output.
- English Mastery (Mandatory): Fluency at a C1 level or higher is a must-have for this role due to constant international exposure and the need to design content for global teams.
- Technical Expertise: Proven experience in designing curriculum and using professional LMS platforms to drive learning outcomes.
- Analytical Writing: Exceptional ability to document complex processes (SOPs/Playbooks) into clear, actionable, and scalable formats.
