• →Storefront & Menu Management: Build and optimize online storefronts and menus across multiple delivery platforms, ensuring high-quality and timely brand launches.
• →Customer Guidance: Act as a direct point of contact for customers through written correspondence and video calls, providing support and expert guidance throughout the entire onboarding journey.
• →Information Synthesis: Extract, review, and synthesize menu data from various sources to deliver accurate and high-standard brand builds.
• →Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Onboarding Leads and Customer Success Managers to guarantee a seamless transition and a superior customer experience.
• →Performance & Quality: Manage your personal workload to consistently hit production targets and deadlines while contributing to quality assurance efforts and special menu-related projects.

• Attention to Detail: A meticulous professional who ensures menu accuracy and high-quality standards across multiple digital platforms.
• Communication Skills: Proficiency in communicating effectively with customers via video and written channels, maintaining a helpful and professional tone.

This role is based in our Bogotá office. As a company driven by innovation and continuous change, close collaboration is essential. We’re constantly reimagining our industry, creating new products, and refining our processes, and we do our best work together. That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
