About the Role

You will build and manage a team of Product Managers covering products including robot fleet management, customer support, and learning management systems. You will set direction, lead product operations, and ensure teams develop impactful products with measurable results.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Build and manage the team: Manage and develop Product Managers, giving each clear ownership. Hire and evolve the team as the portfolio grows.
- →Set portfolio direction: Own the roadmap and investment choices across operations tools. Make priorities and tradeoffs clear to leadership and the team. Resolve ambiguity and unblock critical decisions.
- →Lead product operations: Establish lightweight planning and review rhythms across the portfolio. Manage tradeoffs and track outcomes. Hold teams accountable for timely delivery and adoption, with measurable results.
- →Own cross-product intelligence: Build the shared portfolio view that connects fleet health and service history to support patterns and workforce readiness. Turn cross-product signals into priorities and measurable action.
- →Deliver quality products on time: Manage product quality and drive on time delivery across your portfolio of products. Make tradeoffs to optimize business value given limited resources.
- →Align change management across products: Ensure changes to robots, software, and operating processes reach the field as one coordinated experience. Align fleet rollout and monitoring with support diagnostics and workforce learning.
- →Own continuous improvement: Establish a comprehensive continuous improvement cycle, tracking issues from initial detection and diagnosis through to successful resolution. Confirm that changes prevent recurrence and improve operating results.
- 10+ years of product management experience. Experience leading enterprise or operational software is preferred.
- Demonstrated success building and managing product teams. You are a strong coach who can recruit well and develop leaders who thrive with ambiguity.
- A track record of leading a multi-product portfolio from strategy through field adoption with measurable results. You communicate priorities and tradeoffs clearly with executives and teams.
- Strong product and analytical judgment. You connect signals across products and balance user needs with business goals and technical constraints. You turn insight into measurable improvement.
- Technical fluency to partner effectively with Engineering and Data on system and integration decisions.
- Experience with field-deployed or multi-site operations. You have led product rollout and change management in the field. Familiarity with fleet, support, or learning systems is valuable; expertise across all areas is not required.

That’s why all of our office-based teams work onsite, five days a week.
The base salary range for this role is $190,000 - $245,000 per year.
Actual compensation will be determined on an individual basis and may vary depending on experience, skills, and qualifications.
Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package. You may also be eligible for equity awards and an annual performance-based bonus.
