Responsibilities

- →Strategically coordinating sales activity
- →Reporting pricing progress on a daily and weekly basis
- →Reporting customer pricing status weekly.
- →Reporting monthly performance
- →Identifying and monitoring customer issues or complaints at individual load and overall account levels
- →Regularly attending customer meetings to gather information
- →Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and identifying new business opportunities
- →Handling all incoming calls in a timely, professional, and courteous manner
Requirements
~1 min read- Outstanding attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, work within time constraints, and perform under pressure.
- Advanced computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Available to work overtime during peak periods.
- Fluent in Korean and English (or Chinese).
