Responsibilities

→Demonstrated experience leading large-scale data, business transformation or service improvement initiatives within a complex environment.
→Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into strategic insights and influence decision-making at senior levels.
→Proven leadership capability, including managing high-performing teams, driving change and building organisational capability.
→Experience developing governance frameworks, strategies and operational models that improve service performance, compliance and customer outcomes.

Appropriate tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent relevant experience in Business Management.
Experience leading data governance, business improvement or strategic service delivery functions within a complex organisation.
Understanding of the role of property data in supporting valuation outcomes, customer services and government decision-making.
