This role is all about making sure new systems and updates work the way they should before they go live. You’ll plan and run testing activities end‑to‑end; building test plans, writing scripts, and executing different types of testing - while keeping things organised through clear schedules, reporting, and collaboration with developers and business teams to resolve defects quickly and improve overall quality.
Day to day, you’ll juggle multiple priorities while working across a wide range of applications and environments, coordinating user acceptance testing and responding to issues as they arise. A big part of the role is analysing requirements, proactively identifying risks, ensuring testing coverage is strong, and continuously improving processes so systems are reliable and ready for release.

Test Analyst
Responsibilities

- →High attention to detail, maintaining accuracy in test scripts, requirements review, and system validation to minimise defects.
- →Analytical mindset to evaluate system behaviour, identify improvements, and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
- →Effective stakeholder collaboration to align testing with business goals and streamline processes.
- →Strong organisational skills to manage competing priorities and deliver timely, accurate testing outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in a Test Analyst role with strong hands-on automation experience using Tricentis Tosca and/or Playwright.
- Experience in creating and updating test cases, test scripts, user manual and procedure documents.
- Good stakeholder management and experience in working within a large enterprise environment
- Sound understanding of test methodologies, as well as understanding of Standard Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
- Relevant industry certifications such as ISTQB (Foundation/Advanced), Tricentis Tosca Certifications ( AS1, AS2) or other automation testing certifications are highly regarded.
