1 Knowledge of graphics and mapping techniques and procedures.

2 Knowledge of GIS applications for mapping, notification, and zoning uses.

3 Knowledge of analytics and methods of analysis.

4 Knowledge of systems analysis techniques and relational database systems.

5 Knowledge of computer programming and ability to use geographic information software.

6 Knowledge of various software for use in graphics and mapping projects.

7 Knowledge of City of Dallas zoning ordinances.

8 Knowledge of project management and project coordination.

9 Ability to lead and assist other analysts and technicians ensuring quality delivery of services and GIS data.

10 Ability to make field observations.

11 Ability to operate reproduction equipment.

12 Communicating effectively verbally and in writing

13 Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships.

Salary Range
