Dash0 is looking for a Revenue Operations Engineer to own the technical backbone of our go-to-market operations. This isn't a traditional RevOps role — you'll be the lead architect of our automated workflows, CRM infrastructure, and data pipelines that power our Sales and Marketing teams.

Your mission is to design, build, and maintain a scalable engine that keeps our GTM organization running. You'll ensure data flows cleanly between systems, automations are robust and error-free, and our outbound infrastructure hits the inbox.

Responsibilities

  • Design and maintain HubSpot data architecture — objects, properties, associations, and pipelines with a focus on schema integrity.

  • Build multi-step workflows in HubSpot and n8n with branching logic, retry handling, and idempotent execution.

  • Implement lifecycle automations: MQL/SQL scoring, lead routing, stage transitions, and SLA alerting.

  • Build bidirectional integrations across GTM tools via REST/webhooks — HubSpot, Stripe, BigQuery, and product telemetry.

  • Write SQL against BigQuery to extract and transform GTM and product usage data for operational workflows.

  • Implement enrichment governance: field-level overwrite rules, source-of-truth arbitration, and deduplication workflows.

  • Support SDR/AE outbound infrastructure: sequence tooling, deliverability monitoring, and sending domain configuration.

  • 2–5 years in RevOps, Growth Ops, or Sales/Marketing Engineering at a B2B SaaS company.

  • HubSpot admin-level fluency: custom objects, workflow branching, property governance, custom-coded actions, and API scopes.

  • Production-grade experience with n8n or equivalent (Zapier, Make) — error handling, not just demos.

  • Comfortable with REST APIs: auth, pagination, rate limits, and JSON parsing.

  • SQL proficiency: joins, window functions, and aggregations in BigQuery or Postgres.

  • JavaScript/Node.js skills — enough to write custom-coded actions and debug n8n Function nodes.

  • You build things that are observable and debuggable, not just functional — and you treat CRM schema changes like database migrations.

Nice to Have

~1 min read
  • Experience with email deliverability infrastructure — domain warmup, rotation strategies, SPF/DKIM/DMARC.

  • Background in data engineering or software development.

  • Experience with high-volume calling or dialer systems (Orum, Aircall).

  • Experience in a high-growth, venture-backed startup environment.

This is a unique opportunity to help build a generational company. Dash0 is backed by top-tier investors including Balderton Capital, Accel and Cherry Ventures and led by a founding team with decades of experience in observability. We're in the middle of a massive growth phase after our Series B — and we're just getting started.

If you're looking for a place where a great product meets great people, where momentum is real and your impact is visible from day one — this is it.
