Manufacturing Assembler – Paint Touch-Up

• →Assemble small electrical and mechanical components using hand tools and work instructions
• →Perform detailed paint touch-up to correct minor cosmetic defects and ensure parts meet visual quality standards
• →Remove masking materials and prepare parts for final inspection
• →Visually inspect parts for surface quality, color consistency, and overall workmanship
• →Perform light soldering on small, detailed components
• →Mix, apply, and cure epoxies and adhesives using taping, fixturing, and oven processes
• →Read and follow blueprints, work instructions, and standard operating procedures
• →Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety and quality procedures
• →Perform additional duties as assigned by management
• →Comply with all DG safety procedures and policies as directed by the Facility Engineer/Safety Director

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience assembling small parts in a manufacturing setting (electronics or mechanical assembly preferred)
• Experience performing fine paint touch-up or cosmetic surface correction on parts
• Experience using hand tools and working with small, detailed components
• Basic soldering experience or willingness to learn
• Experience working with adhesives, epoxies, or bonding materials
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Basic computer skills
• Strong hand-eye coordination and fine motor skills
• High attention to detail and quality workmanship

• Background in aerospace or electronic component manufacturing
