About the Role

The Analyst, Enablement provides hands on operational support across SharePoint (Deakin Hub) and Teams, with a strong focus on access management, secure collaboration, workflows and site lifecycle activities. The role works closely with staff across Deakin to resolve complex access issues, support digital ways of working, and deliver enhancement projects that improve efficiency and user experience. This role sits within the Training & Enablement team and is a key escalation point for SharePoint and Teams related incidents and requests managed through ServiceNow.

  • Resolve technical SharePoint and Teams related incidents and requests via ServiceNow
  • DeakinHub (all-staff intranet) site and content management, providing operational and technical support across SharePoint and workflow automations
  • Understand and manage technical integration points across Microsoft 365
  • Manage SharePoint site lifecycle activities including migrations, archiving, and restorations in SharePoint admin centre.
  • Apply SharePoint governance, security and lifecycle standards
  • Deliver scoped enablement projects from requirements, build and handover
  • Proven hands on experience supporting SharePoint and Teams using Microsoft 365 admin tooling.
  • Strong understanding of permissions, access models and external sharing 
  • Experience troubleshooting automation workflows and approval processes 
  • Proven ability to manage incidents and requests via ServiceNow or similar tools 
  • Clear communication skills and a practical, problem solving mindset
