Associate Research Fellow - Interventionalist

• Based at our Geelong, Health and Education Research Building (HERB)
• Part-time 0.4FTE and fixed-term 3 years
• Level A $83,268 - $111,939 + 17% Superannuation

• Work on the RESET Trial project that includes telehealth delivery of a vocational support program to stroke survivors.
• Provide support to senior research colleagues to conduct research on a clinical trial focusing on vocational support post stroke.
• Contribute to all facets of trial activity where needed, including intervention delivery, data collection, data management, supporting recruitment pathways, participant contact, liaison with participant clinicians, employers, family and relevant services/others, and scheduling.
• Attend meetings associated with the research project with other project staff and other meetings e.g. Department or Discipline group meetings as appropriate.                                                                                                                            

• PhD in a relevant discipline (e.g. Psychology) and/or other relevant qualifications (e.g. an allied health clinician, psychologist) with appropriate registrations/memberships (e.g. AHPRA or discipline equivalent) and at least two years clinical experience.
• Experience liaising with multidisciplinary clinicians, service providers, employers and family of clients. Ability to work independently and within a multi -disciplinary team environment (clinical and research). Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills across different partner groups and colleagues.
• Experience in vocational rehabilitation post stroke.
• Familiarity with relevant disciplinary procedures and research guidelines, including completion of Good Clinical Practice Training and a commitment to operate within these guidelines.
