We are backed by top global investors and recently achieved Unicorn status.

At Deputy, we’re improving the world of work, one shift at a time, for 80% of the world’s workforce: hourly workers. These are the dedicated employees who keep our world running – from baristas to nurses, cleaners to delivery drivers, florists to factory workers. Despite their vital role in society, most workplace technology has focused on those workers who sit behind a desk, but at Deputy, we transform the frontline. When businesses use Deputy, their workplaces thrive – the business is more profitable, compliant, and productive, while the workers are more engaged and happier at work.

We're becoming an AI-native company, a commitment that means you'll be empowered (and expected) to use AI tools and thinking in your day-to-day work. You'll have the training, support, and freedom to use AI responsibly and creatively to spark ideas, solve problems faster, and unlock new ways of working.

If you’re passionate about creating solutions that put people first and helping businesses and their teams thrive, join us at Deputy and make an impact where it matters most!

The Role

As a Lead Enablement Manager, you will possess advanced knowledge in role-specific technical areas and share that expertise to provide guidance and support to peers. You will be responsible for owning the design and delivery of comprehensive training programs, resources, and tools that equip our entire Commercial organization—including Sales, Customer Success, Technical Support, and Delivery Services—with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.

You will serve as a consulting partner to local leaders, ensuring our enablement initiatives are not only aligned with global business goals but also tailored to specific regional or functional nuances.
  • Design & Advanced Delivery: Design and deliver engaging training programs that address the specific needs of our Commercial teams. You will solve complex problems in content delivery, ensuring materials are tailored to the team’s technical and industry-specific needs.
  • Program Lifecycle Ownership: Drive the entire lifecycle of enablement programs—from ideation and content creation to delivery and measurement—with a focus on driving efficiency and measurable results.
  • Technical Bridge: Bridge the gap between technical product releases and commercial needs. You will serve as a thought leader, creating consumable materials that simplify complex product updates for various audiences.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Actively contribute to team decision-making by collaborating with stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Sales Leadership, RevOps) to identify and proactively address learning gaps.
  • Consultative Partnership: Serve as a consulting partner to local leaders, delivering localised programming and supporting team decisions with data-backed insights.
  • Impact Analysis: Track and analyse the impact of enablement initiatives. You will develop creative solutions to business challenges by using data to identify areas for improvement and refine our approach.
  • Onboarding Excellence: Develop and deliver engaging onboarding programs (live & e-learning) that quickly bring new employees up to speed, acting as a mentor to help them navigate the Deputy ecosystem.
  • Subject Matter Expertise: Demonstrate deep proficiency in:
  • Sales Process: Discovery, solution validation, and program management.
  • Methodologies: Advanced application of Value Selling, MEDDPICC, etc.
  • Business Acumen: Deep industry knowledge (Healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, etc.) equivalent to a veteran AE or Technical Product Marketer.
  • Experience: 5–8+ years of experience in sales, customer success, technical support, or enablement within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience; an MBA is a plus.
  • L&D Expertise: Proficiency in learning design, measurement, and structured enablement tooling (SalesHood). Experience with gamification and managing programs across multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, prioritise high-impact tasks, and meet tight deadlines.
  • Consultative Mindset: Strong discovery, problem-solving, and facilitation skills.
  • Communication: Exceptional presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
  • Travel Readiness: Willingness to travel as needed to support regional teams.
