We are seeking a Regional Business Manager, Breast Health & Skeletal (CEERI) to drive sustainable growth and market leadership across a diverse region of around 20 countries, including Central & Eastern Europe, Russia, and Israel.
In this high-impact, strategic commercial role, you will combine sales leadership, channel management, and clinical understanding to shape patient care and deliver strong business results. You will develop, execute, and sustain Breast Health and Skeletal business growth and market share through outstanding sales execution, effective management of distributor and channel partners, and close collaboration with internal cross-functional teams.
You will be accountable for building and implementing regional business strategies and plans for the Breast Health and Skeletal portfolio, ensuring excellence in customer relationship management, service, and support. You will own the region’s sales performance, act as a strong ambassador for the Hologic brand, and lead a small team.
What To Expect
- Own the Breast Health & Skeletal BU performance in the CEERI region, including full accountability for revenue and margin KPIs
- Develop, achieve, and maintain business growth and market share through exceptional sales execution
- Build, drive, and execute regional business strategies and business plans for the Breast Health & Skeletal portfolio
- Manage the full sales channel cycle, with a strong focus on distributor/channel management – from selection and onboarding to performance management and development
- Lead customer relationship management, ensuring excellence in customer service and support
- Act as an effective representative and ambassador of the Hologic brand, elevating our market presence and reputation
- Manage direct reports, including a Clinical Application Specialist, and foster a culture of high performance
You will work closely with cross-functional internal teams (marketing, clinical, service, finance, etc.) and external partners to create aligned strategies and impactful market execution.
What We Expect Knowledge & Background
- 1–3 years of successful commercial experience in medical (ideally imaging) and B2B management
- Experience managing sales channels (distributors) is highly desired
- Alternatively, strong experience selling biomedical, medical devices, or imaging solutions
- Solid understanding of the market environment in relevant healthcare sectors in your region
- Understanding of P&L structure and management
- A degree in Medicine, Biology, or Natural Sciences
- Strong strategic orientation and planning skills
- Confident decision-maker, able to balance strategic and operational priorities
- Solid negotiation skills
- Demonstrated leadership in managing processes, people, and commercial channels

Location: Austria
Travel: Up to 70%, including international travel across EMEA and occasional trips to the USA
Languages: English (mandatory); any additional CEE language is a strong plus
Salary: €92,000 - €125,000 gross per annum base + commission (OTE €147,000 – €187,000 based on target performance, with opportunity to earn greater than OTE for those who exceed their targets). The final offer will depend on experience, skills, and alignment with internal pay structures. In addition, we offer a comprehensive benefits package including company car, pension and insurances.
