The HR Manager will serve as the on-site HR leader, supporting all aspects of the employee lifecycle while helping establish a strong, compliant, and scalable people infrastructure.
Responsibilities

- → Lead onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and HR compliance efforts
- → Support hiring initiatives in partnership with the corporate Talent Acquisition function
- → Build and maintain HR processes, policies, and employee documentation
- → Serve as a trusted HR partner to operational leadership
- → Ensure compliance with state and federal employment regulations
- → Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
- → Coordinate with corporate HR leadership and external partners
- 4+ years of HR generalist or HR management experience
- Experience in healthcare or multi-site environments preferred
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and employee relations
- Ability to operate independently while partnering with leadership
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Operationally minded HR professional who can balance employee support with business needs
- Hands-on approach with the ability to build and improve HR processes
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build trust across teams
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving healthcare environment
- Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
