Sales Officer – HORECA

We're recruiting a Sales Officer – HORECA to join our client organization, a well-established food manufacturing company operating in Dubai, UAE. About Our Client: Our client is a well-established name in Food and Beverage Manufacturing, known for delivering products that meet high standards of quality, hygiene, and efficiency. With a strong operational setup and a commitment to continuous improvement, the company supports both regional and international distribution. Key Responsibilities: Identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities for our full range of bakery products Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy targeting key HORECA accounts, including luxury hotels, fine dining restaurants, catering companies, and institutional clients Manage and expand relationships with existing clients Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support product development and pricing strategies Requirements Minimum of 1–3 years of proven B2B sales experience, specifically within the HORECA sector Demonstrated experience in selling perishable food items, ideally bakery, dairy, or specialty food products Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills Benefits Employee Benefits as per the UAE Labour Law
