Enhancement Crew Member

As an Enhancement Crew Member, you will help our clients develop outstanding landscapes.  You will work with a team of 2-5 team members and perform general landscape installation duties safely and efficiently while paying close attention to detail and quality.  Here’s an overview of what you can expect to do while working here: Install a variety of plant material utilizing proper planting techniques Use landscaping tools and heavy equipment in a safe manner Accurately identify plant and landscaping materials Properly weed client sites by hand or by utilizing landscape equipment Perform site cleanup duties which includes but is not limited to clearing and disposing of trash and organic material Maintain a positive and collaborative attitude with internal and external clients Perform other tasks as assigned Requirements Minimum 3 months of related experience Ability to perform physical work in all weather conditions Reliable transportation Preferred Skills & Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish Valid Florida Driver’s License and the ability to pass an MVR check Benefits The well-being of our team members is important to us, and we want to ensure that you feel supported in your growth.
