Job Title: Expert GES S2P Invoice to Pay Location: Hyderabad, India This role is a critical part of the Global Enterprise Services (GES) function, driving excellence in the Invoice-to-Pay (I2P) process within the Source-to-Pay (S2P) framework. It focuses on ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient invoice processing and payment operations, while enhancing vendor experience and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities * Oversee the full invoice-to-pay lifecycle including invoice validation, exception handling, payment processing, and reconciliation. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives, focusing on standardization, efficiency gains, and automation (OCR, RPA, digital workflows). * Ensure adherence to internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory compliances across all invoice and payment activities. * Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to resolve discrepancies, improve turnaround times, and ensure smooth operations. * Monitor KPIs such as cycle time, accuracy, and SLA adherence; provide insights and recommend corrective actions. * Contribute to system implementations, process migration, and adoption of ERP/invoice automation tools in line with transformation goals. You bring * Strong hands-on experience in invoice processing, payment cycles, and end-to-end payables operations. * Experience with systems such as SAP, Oracle, Ariba, Coupa, or similar invoice automation platforms. * Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or process optimization approaches with a track record of driving efficiencies. * Ability to analyze data, identify root causes, and implement process improvements. * Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders. * Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (professional certifications like CA/CPA/ACCA are an advantage).
