Please Note: We believe in the value of in-person collaboration! This is a full-time, on-site role at our Melbourne CBD office, where you’ll work closely with our dynamic team to drive innovation and growth.

• →Identify, recruit and onboard new affiliates in the Thailand market across social media, streaming platforms and other traffic channels
• →Build and manage relationships with Thai-speaking partners, acting as the main point of contact for daily communication and support
• →Assist in launching and scaling the Thailand affiliate program from day one
• →Analyze affiliate performance data to optimize traffic quality, conversions and ROI
• →Negotiate commission structures and partnership terms to maximise growth and profitability
• →Monitor market trends, competitor activity and local user behavior in Thailand
• →Ensure compliance and maintain high standards of partner quality to protect brand integrity
• →Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve operational efficiency
• →Support other Southeast Asian markets, such as the Philippines, when required to balance team workload

• →Fluent in Thai and English, both spoken and written
• →1-2 years of experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing or similar roles
• →Analytical and commercially minded, with the ability to interpret data and identify growth opportunities
• →Highly organised, detail-oriented and proactive
• →Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• →Understanding of Southeast Asian markets, especially Thailand

• Familiarity with streaming platforms, social media traffic or performance marketing channels
• Experience using tools such as Google Sheets or Excel for reporting and data analysis
• Exposure to iGaming, crypto, or similar industries is a plus
