Ceres Landcare has evolved to become the preeminent name in residential and commercial landscaping throughout the Colorado high country. Originally born of the vision of brothers Glen and Rich Ellison as Land Designs by Ellison, they championed a new way to design and live in outdoor landscapes in the high country and instilled a culture of quality and craftsmanship to everyone they brought on board. Their legacy lives on through our team of passionate outdoor devotees, all of whom were drawn to Ceres to build on the Ellison’s strong foundation of innovative design and attention to detail. From design and construction to maintenance and plant care, Ceres’ vast industry knowledge delivers invaluable expertise for any landscaping endeavor.

Responsibilities

→Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.
→Utilize CAD software to create detailed designs and layouts for customer projects.
→Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and design specifications.
→Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

Proven experience in high end landscape sales
Proficiency in CAD and SketchUp software is preffered but also open to those that hand sketch as well
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
Ideal candidate has at least 4 years of landscape sales and design experience.

Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds, operating landscaping equipment, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Candidates must be able to stand, bend, kneel, and carry materials for extended periods. This position may also involve extended period of time sitting or standing. A strong work ethic, endurance, and attention to safety are essential.
