• →Monitor job sites for safety compliance and adherence to industry standards.
• →Manage equipment, materials, and schedules to optimize efficiency and productivity.
• →Team Collaboration and Leadership
• →Work closely with the Nationscapes team to align sales goals with production capabilities.
• →Provide guidance and support to field crews, fostering a culture of safety, professionalism, and excellence.
• →Participate in training and development programs to stay updated on the latest arboriculture techniques and trends.

• Proven experience in arboriculture with a focus on sales and project management.
• Strong knowledge of tree species, diseases, pests, and proper care techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
• Proficiency in preparing estimates, proposals, and managing budgets.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams while maintaining a safe and productive work environment.
• ISA Certification is required
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally as needed.

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. regularly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Capability to climb, bend, kneel, and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Must be able to operate and handle tree care equipment safely.
