We are looking for a Process & Quality Manager (f/m/d).
Responsibilities:
As a Process & Quality Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of end-to-end quality and process frameworks for our quantum computing systems. In this role, you will drive our process orientation across the whole arganization and foster a culture of continuous improvement. You will collaborate closely with our international teams of physicists and engineers from different disciplines. Depending on your level of experience, you will work on one or more of the following tasks:
Build and implement robust quality and process frameworks from the ground up for quantum systems; especially for our RnD- and operations activities.
Define, enforce, and continuously improve quality standards across design, manufacturing, and operations
Analyze operational and system data to identify inefficiencies, implement improvements, and support decision-making
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure processes are applied effectively and continuously optimized
Monitor and report on key performance metrics, such as machine uptime, failure rates, yield, and process compliance, to inform strategic planning
Lead initiatives in continuous improvement, risk mitigation and process standardization
