Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Weigh, measure, and dispense raw materials to production specifications
- →Set up, operate, monitor, and adjust production equipment including mixing, filling, sealing, and packaging lines
- →Review run specifications and configure machinery accordingly
- →Complete secondary assembly and finishing steps on product as required
- →Move and store materials using hand tools, pallet jacks, and accessory equipment such as pumps and conveyors
- →Pull and label samples for quality testing
- →Accurately record production and compliance data in logs, production records, and reports
- →Clean, dismantle, and reassemble equipment following documented procedures
- →Complete full line clearance and cleaning between runs to protect product integrity
- →Follow all health, safety, and quality procedures and report issues to your supervisor immediately
- →Meet daily production targets and quality standards
- →Keep an organized work area
Requirements
~1 min read- High School Diploma
- Minimum 1 year experience in a manufacturing/production environment
- Ability to comprehend and execute basic math skills
- Ability to lift 50lbs
- Ability to stand, walk, kneel, squat, bend, and twist for extended periods
- Great attention to detail skills
- Proficient in English, reading, writing, and verbal
Nice to Have
~1 min readProduction and warehouse setting. Temperatures vary from cool to warm depending on the process and the season. Moderate to high noise levels. Exposure to fine particles, allergens, and product odours. PPE required at all times. High standards of personal hygiene are part of the job.
