We're looking for a Commercial Producer to join a fast-growing, award-winning media production business specialising in story-led films and social content that delivers real commercial impact.

This is a unique opportunity to sit at the intersection of client services, production, and business development — perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships just as much as bringing creative projects to life.

You'll take ownership of a growing video marketing offering, managing client relationships from initial brief through to delivery, while helping to drive pipeline growth and new business.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and nurturing client relationships end-to-end
• Acting as the main point of contact throughout the production process
• Driving growth of the video/content service through marketing and outreach
• Collaborating with creative teams to deliver projects on time and on budget
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and expand client accounts
• Supporting new business development and pipeline building
• Overseeing timelines, budgets, and overall production workflow

• 2–3 years' experience in account management, client services, or similar
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
• Commercially aware with an interest in business growth
• Proactive, self-motivated, and comfortable taking ownership
• Passion for creative work, storytelling, and video content

• Experience in media, production, or creative industries
• Understanding of video production or post-production workflows
• Knowledge of digital marketing or social content
• Experience working with creative teams or managing projects
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

• £30,000 salary + expenses
• Hybrid working (3 days in the Woking office, plus travel as needed)
