You will own and manage all operational tasks for retailer accounts, including onboarding, tracking, and performance reporting.

You will oversee day-to-day B2B retail operations across multiple accounts, ensuring efficient execution and smooth onboarding of new partners.

You will map and maintain SOPs to support high performance, accurate execution, and business scalability.

You will collaborate with Offline and internal teams to drive continuous improvements across workflows, structures, and the retailer experience.

You will act as a key liaison and relationship owner for retailers and stakeholders, leading ad-hoc operational projects to ensure alignment, operational excellence, and a seamless customer experience.

You are currently studying Retail Management, Supply Chain, Business Administration/Management, or a related university program, and you are available to start as soon as possible.

You have first practical work experience in a start-up or fast-paced business environment (preferred).

You have strong analytical skills, you learn quickly, and you have crucial Excel skills.

You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and you are people-oriented.

You are responsible, proactive, and able to work independently.

You are available for at least 6 months.
