Manage the day-to-day relationship with last-mile carriers and logistics vendors

Negotiate and manage SLAs (OTIF, lead times, claim rates, service levels)

Track and analyze logistics KPIs such as OTIF, cost per order, backlog, and claims

Lead regular performance reviews with carriers and push improvement actions

Solve operational issues quickly when performance drops

Identify and onboard new carriers or vendors when needed

Work closely with Supply Chain, CX, Finance, and Tech teams to improve delivery performance

Experience managing external logistics partners (last mile or 3PL)

Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills

Analytical mindset, comfortable working with KPIs and operational data

Experience defining SLAs and managing vendor performance

Ability to operate hands-on in a fast-paced environment
