Consolidations Manager (Hybrid)

Responsibilities: Lead and manage the sub-consolidation process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting across all entities. Consolidate financial statements, perform intercompany eliminations, and prepare reconciliations. Provide detailed financial analysis, insights, and recommendations to senior management. Ensure compliance with IFRS, US GAAP, and local accounting standards. Partner with executives, business leaders, and auditors to strengthen reporting and controls. Continuously enhance reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy. Requirements Qualified CA(SA) 8+ years experience in finance, focusing on consolidations and financial reporting Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial consolidation methodologies and reporting standards (IFRS, US GAAP) Proficient with Consolidation software Advanced Excel Skills
