Group Financial Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Group Financial Manager to join the East London team, · Lead financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and treasury management. · Ensure statutory compliance with IFRS, tax, labour laws, and corporate governance. · Oversee procurement strategy, supplier relationships, and cost optimisation. · Drive digital transformation, ERP optimisation, automation, and AI initiatives. · Provide strategic financial insight to support investment decisions, growth, and profitability. Requirements · CA (SA) or equivalent · 7–10 years’ experience in financial management, ideally in manufacturing, FMCG, or multi-entity groups. · Proven experience in procurement, legal/commercial contracts, and finance automation. · Strong knowledge of IFRS, tax, corporate governance, and procurement best practices. · Experience with ERP systems, automation tools, and AI-driven process improvement. · Exposure to investment analysis, capital projects, and strategic growth initiatives.
