Internal Sales Administrator - Courier

Our client is seeking an experienced Internal Sales Administrator to join the Cape Town Team, · Securing new long-term clients at agreed prices. · Assist Sales Reps with administration · Follow up on new leads · Servicing existing company customers, ensuring continuity of excellent service and dealing with any service enquiry proactively. · Providing feedback from customers on their service requirements. · Provide quotes timeously. · Increasing company turnover. · Dealing effectively with any issue relative to existing company customers. Requirements · · Grade 12 · Minimum 2 years relevant experience gained in the courier industry · Experience in sales administration and cold calling · Customer liaison experience · Proficiency in MS Office · Ability to do KPI reports · Valid drivers license and own transport
