Our client is seeking an experienced Payroll Assistant, · Maintain and update HR databases, personnel files, and leave records. · Support HR functions such as recruitment administration, performance reviews, and training coordination. · Provide general administrative support to the HR and Payroll team. · Handle employee payroll and HR queries promptly and professionally. · Assist with wage administration · Assist with the preparation and processing of monthly payroll for all employees. · Capture and verify timesheets, overtime, leave, and other payroll inputs. · Ensure accurate maintenance of payroll data, employee files, and records. · Prepare and distribute payslips and payroll reports. · Assist in the cash office when needed Requirements · Grade 12 · Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in payroll processing and HR administration. · Experience with wage administration · Experience using payroll systems – SAGE 300 or VIP Payroll · Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
