About the Role

We are seeking a Design Intern to work on a new mode variant of the app ot build out a design system.

Responsibilities

You'll function as a UI/UX Designer, working within our existing design system and contributing production-ready (or near-production-ready) assets under light supervision and guidance from the Senior UI/UX Designer

→Design & Prototyping: Create wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for an industry-leading mobile application
→User Research: Evaluate data and iterate on designs based on user feedback
→Design Systems: Contribute to maintaining and adding to an existing UI component library
→Collaboration: Participate in brainstorming sessions

Figma (essential) - All of our design work and developer handoffs are within Figma
An understanding of user-centered design principles, accessibility, and visual design
Attention to detail
The ability to manage your own time effectively, and a willingness to learn
A genuine desire to solve a problem

The ability to have some overlap with EST hours, even for a little bit in the morning, would be good to be able to review work together, ideate, and provide guidance and mentorship. Their full days do not need to mirror ours.
