Hill House Home is seeking a motivated Design Intern to join our New York team for a 10-week summer program. This is a hands-on opportunity to get real exposure to the design and product lifecycle at a fast-growing lifestyle brand!

Responsibilities

→Assist with sketches, Illustrator line work, and digital renderings
→Help with color, material, research and inspiration boards
→Conduct trend, consumer, and competitive research
→Organize and maintain design files, samples, and seasonal archives
→Assist with the preparations of meetings & presentations
→Perform such other duties as directed by the supervisor

Relevant coursework in fashion design
Experience with PLM, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Microsoft Excel, a plus
Basic knowledge of garment construction and design
Strong communicator with a collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Positive, can-do attitude and willingness to jump in wherever needed

Duration: 10- Week Program ( June - August )
Schedule: Must be available to work in-person in our NYC offices, Tuesday - Thursday. Full-time opportunities available.
Compensation: $20/hour
