- Maintain data hygiene, segmentation integrity and compliance across marketing databases, ensuring alignment with data governance standards and applicable regulatory requirements.
- Stay current on relevant marketing engineering, automation and AI developments, bringing practical recommendations to the Head of Marketing.
What we’re looking for

- Experience supporting sales or business development teams with automation, tooling, data workflows, sequence automation, intent signals, list building or CRM-based prospecting processes.
- Working knowledge of SEO principles and tools, including technical SEO, on-page optimisation, keyword strategy and platforms such as SEMrush, Ahrefs or Google Search Console.
- Experience administering and updating WordPress websites, with enough HTML, CSS and basic scripting knowledge to manage content, troubleshoot issues and implement tracking or analytics configurations.
- Experience building or maintaining integrations between marketing, CRM and sales platforms using APIs, native connectors or automation tools such as Zapier, Make or similar.
- Good understanding of marketing data, analytics and attribution, with experience building dashboards or performance reports using tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio or equivalent.
- Practical experience identifying or deploying AI tools in a marketing or sales context, including prompt engineering, workflow automation or generative AI use cases.
- Strong analytical judgement and problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose system issues, design scalable improvements and improve marketing and revenue infrastructure.
