- Monitor jetty screening to prevent the entry of unauthorized visitors to ensure that the permissive secure and that guests are not disturbed by the unwanted/uninvited intrusions oof unauthorized visitors.
- Coordinate the periodical but random inspections of all Eri Hosts bags, lockers, and personal belongings, in conjunction with security officers and the HR Department if required to prevent the pilfering of resort equipment or consumable stores.
- Conduct a preliminary inquiry into any incident or occurrence that is associated with the security of the hotel, its guests, visitors, vendors, and Eri Hosts and submit a report on the inquiry to the Front Office Manager / Security Supervisor.
- Record and report all acts of willful neglect of duty or breach of security regulations by any Eri Hosts, improper behavior by inebriated or drug affected stiffer any matter which is necessary to report in the interests of security.
- Report any health or safety hazards to Security Supervisor.
- Ensure that all duties are carried out in line with the Resort Policy, with high standards of personal appearance, personal hygiene, correct uniforms and name badge as outlined in the Eri Hosts handbook.
