## Join our Team About this opportunity: We are looking for a strong leader to join Ericsson Korea as Head of Sourcing Korea. As the leader of the strategic services sourcing organization in Korea, this role plays a key role in planning and executing strategic sourcing activities to support Ericsson’s business and network delivery objectives. The Head of Sourcing Korea is a member of the Korea Leadership Team and the local Business Partner Review Board, partnering closely with business stakeholders and suppliers to drive sourcing performance and long-term value creation. What you will do: • Lead the sourcing organization in Korea and manage strategic sourcing activities for network delivery and services • Serve as a strategic business partner in selecting and managing local service vendors and partners for installation, maintenance, and operations activities • Work closely with internal stakeholders from initial business needs through final delivery of goods and services • Develop and implement sourcing strategies, supplier performance management, and sourcing improvement initiatives • Oversee supplier identification, sourcing execution, contract negotiation, delivery planning, monitoring, and purchase execution • Drive early sourcing engagement in sales and project processes through participation in strategic sales and business forums • Support business units and functional stakeholders in strategy development, tender execution, contract negotiation, and supplier performance evaluation • Identify and drive cost-saving opportunities and value creation initiatives • Build and maintain a world-class supply base and sourcing organization • Lead, develop, and motivate a high-performing sourcing team through talent development and performance management • Ensure sourcing activities align with local laws, regulations, and Ericsson integrity standards The skills you bring: • 8+ years of sourcing, procurement, or related business experience, including substantial experience leading teams and managing sizable spend • Telecom industry experience with knowledge of network rollout, sourcing of services, and commercial and contract management is highly preferred • Proven experience leading sourcing organizations and managing local service provider ecosystems • Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to balance short- and long-term priorities • Results-oriented mindset with a proven track record of driving sourcing performance, savings, and business results • Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills across business units, suppliers, and geographies • Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing skills across internal and external stakeholders • Strong understanding of sourcing governance, integrity, and compliance standards • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced and high-pressure environments • Strong understanding of local laws, regulations, and business practices in Korea • University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
