## Join our Team About this opportunity We are looking for an integration engineer to analyzes, prepares, implements and executes test cases to verify the configuration and integration, upgrades, migrations and expansions of a node/network/system. The role will be responsible for data and value driven to effectively manage integration services. What you will do • Prepares, collects and validates scripts & configurations with focus on accuracy prior to execution to support the plan • Executes test cases to ensure first time right • Performs troubleshooting to diagnose issues, taking corrective actions or raising escalations where needed to ensure quality of delivery • Performs integration and migration work in accordance with process framework and contractual obligations • Secures that OS, HW, SW, licenses and configuration data is available in correct format/version • Manages support revenue recognition and customer value • Drives changes to processes and methods related to integration activities to improve delivery efficiency and quality You will bring • Degree or diploma in Telecommunication, Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline • Knowledge in 5G, LTE plugins, E2E, and IoT would be an advantage • Good collaboration and communication skills across different functional teams in project deployment • Proficiency in English and Mandarin • Pro-active and customer-oriented mindset • Analytical learning and researching skills • Support for onsite, nightshift and duty call activities • Domestic travel Additional core competence • Hands-on experience with telecom signaling protocols (such as SS7, SIP, Diameter) in the design, development, and troubleshooting of carrier-grade software systems is a plus. • Ability to lead and supervise, and determined to deliver results to meet customer expectations • Excellent planning and organizing skills • An entrepreneurial mentality Why join Ericsson?At Ericsson, you´ll have an outstanding opportunity.
