About this opportunity:
Are you passionate about inbound supply, end-to-end logistics and ensuring that materials and services are always available when the business needs them?
We are looking for a Manager of Inbound Supply to lead and develop one of our inbound supply teams in Estonia. In this role, you will be accountable for the end-to-end performance, budget and development of the inbound supply area, making sure that our production and service operations are reliably supported with the right materials, at the right time and cost.
You will play a key role in shaping and improving inbound supply processes, driving continuous improvement and change, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across Supply Chain, Production and other functions to secure strong end-to-end supply chain performance.
Our ideal candidate has previous leadership experience in supply chain, logistics or production, strong business acumen and analytical skills, and genuinely enjoys leading people, driving performance and enabling growth and development in the team.
This position is based in Tallinn, Estonia, with on-site presence and some flexibility for hybrid working.
What you will do:
• Secure efficient inbound supply operations for both materials and services, ensuring availability in line with business and production demands.
• Own performance, budget and process adherence for inbound supply, delivering on cost, service and quality targets.
• Improve inbound supply ways of working and drive change and continuous improvement.
• Align the team with the wider SCM strategy and translate the business strategy into clear goals
• Collaborate with the wider Supply Chain Management organization, Production and other key stakeholders for strong end-to-end supply chain performance.
• Lead, develop and engage the team, building competence, career paths and succession.
The skills you bring:
• Previous leadership or management experience in supply chain, logistics or production/manufacturing.
• Strong business acumen and result orientation, turning strategy into clear priorities and targets.
• Track record of people leadership: leading teams, giving feedback and building an engaged, high-performing work environment.
• Analytical, data-driven approach to performance management and continuous improvement.
• Experience in driving change/transformation and continuous improvement in a supply chain/logistics context.
• English proficiency (C1) in speaking, reading and writing.
