Our new Motion Design Intern will work within the M&C Hub to deliver creative solutions for the global organization, where we believe that design truly matters. In this role, you will contribute to marketing and communications-related video and animation projects for both digital and offline channels, including internal videos, social media content, events, and brand activations. Working closely with the Motion Design Project Lead, you will have the opportunity to implement projects from start to finish and gain extensive experience in motion design within a multinational environment. The ideal candidate has an eye and passion for design with a strong attention to detail and has a portfolio that demonstrate design and video editing skills. You must be resourceful, adaptable, and creative, with a readiness to embrace new challenges and learn in a dynamic production environment. We are looking for someone who can work with our great international team at least 30 hours per week. ## What you will do · Develop creative and visual concepts for Ericsson Marketing and Communications teams worldwide. · Edit video content, and create motion graphics and animations using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects. · Incorporate typography, visual effects, and sound design to elevate the impact of your work. · Learn how communication materials are produced and used in a multinational environment. · Participate in the development of communication campaigns and brand activations. · Contribute innovative ideas and creative solutions that drive the success of the video team. · Shadow experienced peers to further develop your technical skills in video editing, animation, and overall marketing communications. ## You will bring · Ongoing studies at a Hungarian university in Art, Marketing, Communications or an equivalent field. · Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. · Experience in creative tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects. · Experience with creative AI tools, such as Firefly, Runway, OpusClip, Magnific, Heygen · Familiarity with Adobe Audition, Photoshop, and Illustrator is strongly welcomed. · The ability to multitask and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. · An ability to work independently. · A drive to stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and to continuously refine your skills and explore new techniques. ## It's a nice plus if you have · Experience with 3D modeling software. · Experience with DaVinci Resolve. · General curiosity and interest in emerging creative technologies.
