Within our Digital Society organization, we are building intelligent solutions for large‑scale national digital systems, including platforms supporting healthcare and land administration. To strengthen our AI capabilities in this area, we have established a new department, Applied AI Solutions, with the goal of providing expert support in the implementation of advanced AI solutions.

We are now looking for an AI Developer to join this team. In this role, you will work on real‑world business scenarios, applying AI to process automation, data analytics, and the development of custom AI functionalities for our customers and internal teams. Our focus is on solutions that deliver measurable value and create tangible impact.

• →Analyze business problems and identify opportunities for applying artificial intelligence
• →Design, develop, train, and optimize AI/ML models
• →Integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications
• →Collaborate closely with software development and business teams to enable practical and effective AI adoption
• →Research, prototype, and experiment with new AI technologies, tools, and approaches
• →Contribute to a safe‑to‑fail, collaborative environment that encourages learning, experimentation, and knowledge sharing

• Strong interest in applied artificial intelligence and motivation to work on practical, real‑world solutions
• Strong Python skills, with experience in developing applications, scripts, and AI/ML solutions
• Hands‑on experience with Machine Learning solutions, including model development, evaluation, and deployment
• Familiarity with ML/MLOps tools and practices (e.g. experiment tracking, model versioning, pipelines, and monitoring)
• An analytical mindset and enjoyment in solving complex, real‑world problems
• Strong willingness to learn and explore new AI technologies
• Enjoyment of collaboration in multidisciplinary teams and sharing knowledge
• Experience in one or more applied AI domains, such as:
  • Data analytics and data‑driven solutions
  • Machine Learning and Deep Learning
  • Computer Vision
  • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
• Experience working with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g. PyTorch, scikit‑learn, FastAPI)
• Experience with Java and modern software development environments
