We are currently seeking a Lead Python AI Developer to join our team in Bengaluru, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN). ## Job Title: Lead Python AI Developer ### Experience Required: * 5+ years of hands-on experience in Python development * 2+ years of practical experience working with Generative AI / AI-ML solutions * * * ### Key Responsibilities: * Lead the design, development, and deployment of Python-based AI/ML and GenAI applications * Architect and implement scalable, high-performance solutions using Python * Build, fine-tune, and integrate AI/ML models, including Generative AI use cases * Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions * Review code, enforce best practices, and maintain high standards of code quality * Mentor and guide junior developers and contribute as a technical lead * Drive innovation by evaluating new AI tools, frameworks, and technologies * * * ### Required Skills & Qualifications: * Very strong Python fundamentals (OOP, data structures, design patterns, performance optimization) * Proven experience in AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and model development * Hands-on experience with Generative AI, including LLMs and prompt engineering * Experience with AI/ML libraries and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc. * Strong understanding of APIs, microservices, and backend development * Experience with data processing, model integration, and deployment pipelines * Good understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus * * * ### Good to Have: * Prior Tech Lead or Team Lead experience in Python projects * Experience with MLOps, model deployment, and monitoring * Exposure to vector databases, embeddings, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) * Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills About NTT DATA NTT DATA is a $30 billion business and technology services leader, serving 75% of the Fortune Global 100.
