This role will allow you to actively shape our performance culture, influence inclusion programs and diversity, manage pay and recognition matters, and play a key role in helping our employees thrive. What you will do: \- Foster the growth and career advancement of our talents in line with our strategic business direction. \- Enhance our strong performance culture by guiding managers in handling areas of low personnel performance. \- Act as an advocate for diversity best practices and inclusion programs, tracking diversity metrics against determined targets. \- Oversee pay and acknowledgement-related issues by supporting managers in executing Annual Salary Review (ASR)/Off-cycle budget/Short-Term Variable pay/ Stock Incentive Plan. \- Guide managers with employee lifecycle needs, such as employment contracts, terminations, and relocations to ensure a positive employee experience. \- Utilize people analytics to inform strategic planning and give advice that informs our business direction.
